Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If during the 30 days since your delivery, you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us at contact@invuria.com and provide your order number and a brief reason for the refund request. After review, we will refund your purchase no questions asked. Dispose of the product as you see fit, there is no need to physically return the purchased items.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment usually within 5-7 business days.
After 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we can no longer offer you a refund.
Replacement Policy
If you would like a replacement product because of a product defect, please send us photos or videos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery to contact@invuria.com. If approved, we will send you a new version of the matching product.
After 24 hours have passed the option for a replacement product will no longer be valid.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after receiving confirmation approval within 5-7 business days, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
